Winter came this weekend. We received 10-12″ of fresh light snow and boy do the sled dogs love it. This was the first time they were able to get out in the snow this year.
Our dogs are the happiest when they are running together pulling a sled and working together. It is hard to describe the feeling of gliding through the snow, no sound except hearing the runners of the sled on the snow and seeing the dogs respond to “gee”, “haw” and “straight on”. They are amazing animals and we absolutely love being with them.
